Cancellation Policy

At Reiki Sandyford, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure fairness to both clients and our practitioners, we have the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Notice

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

2. No-Show Policy

• If a client does not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.

3. Late Arrivals

• If a client arrives late, the session may still need to end at the scheduled time to accommodate other appointments.

• If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered a no-show, and the full fee may apply.

4. Refunds

• Payments for prepaid sessions will be refunded in full if cancellation occurs at least 24 hours in advance.

• No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

5. Emergency Cancellations

• Exceptions may be made for genuine emergencies at the discretion of Reiki Sandyford.
